Valia Live is a live, daily cognitive wellbeing program that connects people through engaging, coach-led activities - sharpening memory and thinking while building real, lasting human connection.
The Retiree Vitality Club is built for older adults living independently, Home Care Package recipients, family members seeking extra support for a loved one, and residents of retirement villages and aged care communities.
A live, daily program combining purposeful brain training, social connection, and healthy routines for older adults - accessible from home, with no travel required.
Each session is led by a real, trained facilitator and run entirely online. You join from a laptop, tablet, or phone, participate in a purposeful activity together, and connect with others - often in small 3-person friendship pods.
Friendship Pods are small groups of around three participants who connect during sessions. They are designed to build real conversation, trust and lasting friendships, not just a large group watching passively.

Sessions include purposeful activities across six categories: Memory & Recall, Focus & Attention, Everyday Brain Skills, Logic & Problem Solving, Learning & Curiosity, and Mind & Wellbeing.
A visual recall and chronological sequencing activity that strengthens everyday memory through photos and stories.
Speed-of-processing and attention-filtering exercises, such as Stroop colour-word challenges, that build concentration and mental flexibility.
Deductive logic, riddles, and strategy puzzles that keep thinking sharp and help preserve executive function.
Practical, real-world drills such as identifying suspicious messages and scam-spotting, designed to support confidence and independence.
Interactive trivia and global exploration topics that stimulate lifelong learning and spark conversation.
Facilitated gratitude-sharing, mindfulness and mood-boosting conversation that supports emotional wellbeing.
